Methylation Aging Gives You Wrinkles, Weak Muscles and Poor Memory - discover How to Stop It

,

Methylation aging is a big suspect behind the problems of "getting old."

Poor methylation is why your skin loses collagen, gets saggy and wrinkled; you lose muscle and get a pot belly; your mind slows; your memory gets weak. All your body wants is good food and it will take care of all these problems.

What's methylation?

In methylation (pronounced "meth-a-Lay-shun) the body adds natural chemicals called methyl groups to your Dna, proteins or other molecules. Without methylation, we can't live. Poor methylation leads to a huge whole of health problems.

Just a few:

Rapid aging, wrinkled skin, depression, Alzheimer's disease, heart disease and cancer.

You don't have to understand methylation. Let your body cope it. But your body needs a break as you get older: Just give it the nutrients it needs:

-- the B Vitamins, B6, B12, folic acid;

-- Betaine, or Tri-Methyl-Glycine (Tmg);

-- and Same.

Those first two help, and should be in any good supplement.

But the best methylating agent by far is Same (S-Adenosyl-Methionine), a natural chemical.

Same can be taken as a supplement, but most habitancy don't get adequate for two reasons:

-- It Must be taken in enteric coated form, to safe it from stomach acid;

-- and it's expensive.

Supplement makers ordinarily skip the Same (and most other high-priced ingredients) in a general supplement. They sell it only by itself, as a bottle of Same pills alone, so they can make a buck on it.

The problems with that:

It's an high-priced business, buying your supplements one ingredient at a time. It adds up to a lot of bottles and a lot of pills every day. And Same, like nearly all nutrients, works best in synergy with other ingredients, combined by an expert.
